Face to Face Therapy
£50 per session

Face-to-face therapy sessions take place in a private and comfortable space in Central Eastleigh. This is easily accessible with street parking and public transport links, and it is wheelchair accessible with onsite facilities.

Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes, with a focus on your personal needs and goals. I use a holistic approach to therapeutic work that uses a mixture of talking therapy, creative working and explorations of your awareness. There is no agenda or timeline in the room with me, simply you and your process towards self-awareness and compassion.
